Minnesota State Fire Chiefs Association (MSFCA) is a professional, member-driven organization, committed to representing the interests of fire departments, chiefs, command staff, officers and firefighters throughout the great State of Minnesota.

Just as the fire service is founded on the core philosophy of service to others, our Association is focused on providing for the members who are committed to the long-term health and sustainability of the Minnesota fire service. MSFCA focuses on developing current and future leaders by providing the best training, education and professional development opportunities available so they can continue to serve their communities with the utmost honor and pride.

2020 Annual Conference Cancellation

The Minnesota State Fire Chiefs Association (MSFCA) Board of Directors has made the difficult and prudent decision to cancel the 2020 Annual Conference in Duluth due to the ongoing threat and uncertainty posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our highest priority is the health, safety and well-being of our MSFCA members and the communities they serve. We feel the same as we did three months ago, there is nothing more imperative than staying focused on what we all strive for; putting members and communities we serve at risk does not follow the spirit of what our Association stands for.

Thank you for your support and understanding. The Board of Directors has charged the Conference and Education Committees to find valuable new ways to connect members through alternative training methods and unique vendor experiences. Watch for many messages coming soon on different opportunities MSFCA will be providing to those seeking education, and to our supportive vendor community.

Stay safe and healthy, we look forward to meeting in Duluth for our 2021 Annual Conference!
