Public Fire Safety Education AwardsNomination criteria: Nominee has worked on development, implementation or delivery of fire & life safety programs, displayed an institutionalized value towards fire & life safety education, or has provided financial or other noteworthy contributions towards fire and life safety education. Attach a one page maximum detailed explanation of the nominee’s contributions. Include date or approximate date of achievements and supportive data such as newspaper clippings, trade journal articles, supportive letters, etc. There are three award categories in which you can nominate a person or organization for consideration:
Nomination Process Nomination Format No campaigning is permitted. The nomination form and supporting documents comprise the entire documentation for a candidate's nomination. Neither the nominee nor anyone representing him or her is to contact the awards committee member(s) once the nomination has been made and before the final selection has been made.
