Program: None
Issues of Local Interest: Bruce passed out info and talked about the Firefighter Memorial and donations.He also talked about the MBFTE train the trainer for live burn instructors (initially 2 per region). MBFTE will pay for 50% of books and certification.
Dale Mashuga talked about training, FFI will start the end of Nov. Also NIMS is available for new Firefighters.

Other Comments: The CRFCA meeting is changed to Tuesday Nov. 15 at 7:00pm Brainerd FD.

Program: Firefighter Memorial Presentation by Nyle Zikmund
Nyle said we need to raise $600,000from Firefighters to build the memorial at the State capital.
There are 20,000 FF on the state X $30 = $600,000.
Issues of Local Interest: Jerry Rosendahl SFM said the LMC is working on rules for Driving Fire trucks and behavior in fire stations. A new law was passed that allows fire depts or cities to donate used fire equipment and have civil immunity for donated equipment. The SFM will not charge for any training it puts on unless an out side instructor is brought in.

Dale Borgstrom MSFDA rep. said the conference went well they are looking at ways of decreasing the cost of the conference.Next years is in Alexandria.
