2012 Service Day at the Capitol

Legislative Conference

The Minnesota Professional Fire Fighters, Minnesota State Fire Chiefs Association, and the Minnesota State Fire Department Association’s Annual Legislative Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2012.

 

Every off duty Fire Fighters should try to attend. A large turnout is essential to ensure coverage at the Legislature. Legislators are impressed with big numbers. Tuesday morning’s visit to Capitol Hill, will be conducted in groups. Your participation is critical.

 

The Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Saint Paul Riverfront, located at 11 East Kellogg Blvd. in downtown Saint Paul on the corner of Kellogg and Wabasha. A parking voucher in one of their two parking ramps, continental breakfast and lunch is included in your registration fee.

 

**Shirts: We are using the same red “Fire Service Day at the Capitol” shirts as last year. All participants must wear the designated fire shirt while at the capitol.
